According to the approved construction organization design, the construction should be lofted in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and the actual terrain and ground conditions. The centerline of the column should be determined, and the necessary clearance and roots should be excavated to install the fence according to the specified slope and linear shape.

If there is a break or at a road intersection, adjust the spacing of the panel fence posts as needed. When crossing a river, when the width of the two banks of the river does not exceed 6 meters, they should be connected as shown in the drawings or with barbed wire; when the width of the two banks of the river is greater than 6 meters, the panel fence should be set to terminate the closed connection. When we want to bury the columns and supports into the concrete foundation according to the requirements of the drawings, the construction unit should install necessary temporary cables or supports to fix the columns in the proper position until the concrete hardens. All uprights should be buried vertically and linearly in accordance with the requirements of the drawings. After the fence is installed, the foundation of the uprights should be final compacted.

If the high-voltage transmission line passes through the place where the panel fence is installed, the fence net should be connected to the ground wire in accordance with the regulations of the electric power department. When the wires are parallel or nearly parallel to the fence net and the wires are above the fence net, ground wires should be buried at each end or at a distance of no more than 400M, and the grounding resistance value should be less than 10Ω (ohm). The isolation barrier should follow the terrain. If necessary, geotechnical leveling is required to obtain a neat appearance. In low-lying areas, when there is a sudden change in the vertical profile of the ground and the specified clear height cannot be maintained, a longer post can be used, and then multiple barbed wires can be pulled up.

The vertical clearance between the barbed wires of the panel fence is equal to or less than 150mm. After excavation or drilling, all uprights shall be buried in accordance with the approved method. If the panel fence is installed on the bridge, it should be installed as shown in the drawings and firmly installed on the column or support; the metal mesh should be stretched and stretched, and the entire structure must not be twisted.
